Our Coaches

Natalia Rybak - Head Coach, NCCP Level 3

Natalia was a member of Soviet National Team and Ukrainian National Team. She was the champion of the USSR and all round champion of Ukraine. After she finished competing, she received a Master of Physical Education and Sports and has a wealth of international experience in the field of Rhythmic Gymnastics. She has coached children from Pre School to National Level and World Class athletes in Russia, Ukraine, Poland and Canada for over 26 years. Natalia is an expert in all aspects of sports choreography; has choreographed Rhythmic Gymnastics, Artistic Gymnastics and Sports Acrobatics National Team members in Russia, Ukraine and Poland.

Natalia has been Manitoba's Provincial Team Coach since 2004 and is a Level 1 National Judge. She came from Poland where she coached Lower Silesia (Province of Poland) and National Team Athletes. Alongside with her wealthy European experience in the field of RG she also brought new trends and different approach to coaching this beautiful female discipline.

Jenny McLeod -  Coach, NCCP Level 2

Jenny is a former member of Canadian National Team. She has been practicing rhythmic gymnastics for 12 years. She started coaching kids in Manitoba five years ago. She coaches Provincial and National Stream athletes.

Marina Peleg - Coach, NCCP Level 2

Marina started practicing rhythmic gymnastics when she was 5. She was a champion of Israel in Junior category. She was a member of Manitoba Provincial Team in 2006 & 2007. She has been coaching Provincial and National Stream Athletes for 2 years.
